The bank web site has means for accepting authorization for a purchase transaction from the bank/vendor customer such that the authorization verifies the bank/vendor customer'"'"'s identification for the vendor. In one preferred embodiment the vendor receives authorization for a purchase without the vendor receiving customer account information from the bank/vendor customer; the bank, or the money management network.

3. A network configured to permit at least one transaction comprising:

at least one customer having access to the network;
at least one information source linked to at least one network hub;
at the at least one information source, there being information associated with the information source and with the customer, and the information having an associated identifier;
wherein the network is configured such that the customer can request the transmission of the associated identifier from the information source to the network hub, and wherein the associated identifier is transmitted to the network hub; and
wherein within the network hub, the associated identifiers from at least two information sources are selectively linked, thus forming a connection between the associated information on the information sources such that at least one transaction involving at least two information sources and the customer are permitted. - View Dependent Claims (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13)

A network hub operable to be linked to a network including at least two information sources, the network hub adapted to receive from each information source an identifier associated with customer information on the information source at the request of the customer, and the network hub operable to selectively link the identifiers thus forming a connection between the associated information on the information sources such that at least one transaction associated with at least two information sources and the customer is permitted.

The network hub of claim further adapted to receive selected information from a first information source associated with a first identifier, the network hub operable to identify a second information source as the destination for the selected information, and send the selected information to the second information source such that it is associated with a second identifier.

17. A method of permitting a transaction on a network, comprising:

at least one information source within the network, associating information with a customer and associating an identifier with the information;
the customer requesting the transmission of the identifier from the at least one information source to at least one network hub within the network, the information source transmitting the identifier to the network hub;
within the network hub, selectively linking the identifiers of at least two information sources to thereby permit at least one transaction associated with each of the information sources and the customer. - View Dependent Claims (18, 19)

A first information source within a network, the first information source adapted to be linked to at least one network hub and wherein, at the first information source a first identifier is associated with first information that is associated with the customer, and on request of the customer the first information source is operable to transmit the first identifier to the network hub, the first identifier adapted to be linked with a second identifier within the network hub, the second identifier being associated with second information associated with the customer on a second information source, and wherein the linking of the first and second identifiers within the network hub enables a transaction between the first information source, the second information source and the customer.
