In the handy toilet stool, a seat plate provided with a through hole is foldably connected to upper ends of legs, rotated by support pins such that they are foldable, the spreading range of which is restricted by links connected, by fixing pieces. The handy toilet stool assists users to conveniently defecate or urinate anywhere outdoors, has a light and slim structure so as to be easily carried and installed, and allows discharged excreta to be easily disposed.
