Optical Film, Liquid Crystal Panel, And Liquid Crystal Display Apparatus
First Claim
1. A liquid crystal display apparatus which irradiates a rear surface of a liquid crystal panel with light and displays a screen, comprising:
- viewing angle improvement means for decreasing light at angles equal to or greater than a predetermined value in a normal direction of the liquid crystal panel from light emitted from a light source and diffusing light at angles smaller than the predetermined value in the normal direction of the liquid crystal panel on a display surface side of the liquid crystal panel.

Abstract
An optical film, a liquid crystal panel, and liquid crystal display apparatus are provided. The liquid crystal display apparatus irradiates a rear surface of a liquid crystal panel with light and displays a screen. The liquid crystal display apparatus has viewing angle improvement means for decreasing light at angles equal to or greater than a predetermined value in a normal direction of the liquid crystal panel from light emitted from a light source and diffusing light at angles smaller than the predetermined value in the normal direction of the liquid crystal panel on a display surface side of the liquid crystal panel.
