Abstract

The present invention provides a method and system for assembling feedback of at least one product of at least one client. The method aggregates feedback of at least one product from at least one commentary site and categorizes the aggregated feedback into one or more categories. Further, the method processes the categorized feedback and stores the processed feedback and at least one commentary site in a headline database. In an embodiment, headlines are provided that link to positive feedback. Thereafter, the headline links are published as an advertisement on at least one online source.

Claims

1. A method for assembling feedback of at least one product of at least one client, the method comprising:

aggregating feedback of at least one product from at least one commentary site;

categorizing the aggregated feedback into one or more categories;

processing the categorized feedback; and

storing the processed feedback and at least one commentary site in a headline database.

2. The method of claim 1 wherein said aggregating comprises at least one of the following:

submitting manually, web crawling, bookmarkleting, web bug referring.

3. The method of claim 2 wherein said submitting manually includes recommending the commentary sites by at least one of a blogger, a client and a staff.

4. The method of claim 3 wherein the commentary sites are recommended via at least one of a bookmarklet, a web bug, a form submission, and crawling sites.

5. The method of claim 4 further comprising indexing the recommended commentary sites according to an advertising campaign.

6. The method of claim 1 wherein said aggregating comprises tracking via a web bug.

7. The method of claim 1 wherein the categories include a positive feedback category, a negative feedback category, and a neutral feedback category.

8. The method of claim 1 wherein said processing comprises sorting the categorized feedback.

9. The method of claim 1 wherein said processing comprises editing the categorized feedback, wherein said editing comprises providing headlines to the categorized feedback.

10. The method of claim 9 wherein said providing headlines comprises writing headlines by at least one of a staff, a client, and a blogger.

11. The method of claim 1 wherein said storing includes at least one of archiving, deleting, and feeding at least one of the processed feedback and the commentary sites.

12. The method of claim 1 further comprising publishing the stored feedback on at least one online source.

13. The method of claim 12 wherein the online source includes an advertiser site, a client site and a website.

14. The method of claim 1 wherein the feedback comprises a blogger'"'"'s commentary, a blogger'"'"'s reviews, and a blogger'"'"'s recommendations.

15. The method of claim 1 wherein the commentary site includes a website, a blog site, a web blog, a plog, a community site, a portal, and combinations thereof.

16. A method for promoting at least one product of at least one client, the method comprising:

aggregating feedback of at least one product from at least one commentary site;

marking positive feedback from the aggregated feedback;

processing the positive feedback;

storing the processed positive feedback and at least one commentary site in a headline database; and

publishing the stored positive feedback on at least one online source.

17. The method of claim 16 wherein said aggregating comprises at least one of the following:

submitting manually, web crawling, bookmarkleting, web bug referring.

18. The method of claim 16 wherein said marking includes marking based on semantic attributes.

19. The method of claim 16 wherein said processing comprises sorting the positive feedback.

20. The method of claim 19 wherein said processing comprises editing the sorted positive feedback, wherein said editing comprises providing headlines to the sorted positive feedback.

21. The method of claim 16, wherein said publishing comprises:

selecting a positive feedback from the headline database;

creating an advertisement for the positive feedback; and

advertising on at least one online source.

22. The method of claim 16, wherein said publishing includes publishing the stored positive feedback as at least one of a sponsored link and a promotional link.

23. The method of claim 16, further comprising providing an interface to the client to create at least one advertising campaign using the positive feedback of the online sources.

24. The method of claim 16, further comprising providing an interface to the client to monitor the positive feedback and an advertising campaign.

25. The method of claim 16, further comprising publishing a press release page including a selection of the positive commentaries present in the headline database for an advertising campaign.

26. The method of claim 16, wherein said publishing comprises publishing the positive feedback as at least one of a sponsored advertisement on a website, a sponsored advertisement on a search engine, a press release page, a client product page, and a syndicated feed.

27. A method of collecting feedback for improvement of at least one product of at least one client, the method comprising:

aggregating feedback of the at least one product from at least one commentary site;

marking negative feedback from the aggregated feedback;

processing the negative feedback; and

storing the processed negative feedback and at least one commentary site in a headline database.

28. The method of claim 27 wherein said aggregating comprises at least one of the following:

submitting manually, web crawling, bookmarkleting, web bug referring.

29. The method of claim 27 wherein said marking is based on semantic attributes.

30. The method of claim 27 further comprising generating a report comprising the processed negative feedback of a product.

31. A method for creating dynamic advertisements for at least one product of at least one client, the method comprising:

aggregating feedback of at least one product from at least one commentary site;

categorizing the aggregated feedback into at least a positive feedback category, a negative feedback category, and a neutral feedback category;

sorting the categorized feedback;

providing headlines to the sorted positive feedback;

storing the sorted feedback with headlines and at least one commentary site in a headline database; and

publishing the stored feedback on at least one online source, thereby facilitating product promotion, product advertisement, and product improvement.

32. A method for enabling a blogger to provide feedback to at least one product of at least one client, the method comprising:

writing feedback to at least one product;

providing headlines to the feedback; and

submitting the feedback with the headlines to a headline database.

33. A method of claim 32, further comprising:

aggregating feedback from at least one commentary site; and

providing headlines to the aggregated feedback.

34. A system for collecting feedback of at least one product of at least one client, the system comprising:

an aggregating block for aggregating feedback of at least one product from at least one commentary site;

a categorizing block for categorizing the aggregated feedback into one or more categories;

a processing block for processing the categorized feedback; and

a storing block for storing the processed feedback and at least one commentary site in a headline database.

35. A method for rewarding a blogger who writes positive feedback on a product by sending Internet traffic to the blogger'"'"'s blog, the method comprising:

finding positive feedback published on a blog;

writing a headline to the positive feedback;

creating a headline advertisement comprising the headline linked to the positive feedback published on the blog; and

publishing the headline advertisement on an online source;

whereby Internet traffic is sent to the blogger'"'"'s blog when an Internet user viewing the online source clicks on the headline.
