1. A method for redirecting messages between an Internet Service Provider (ISP) host system and a mobile device associated with a user, the user having a mail address at the ISP host system, the method comprising:

  • receiving incoming messages directed to the user'"'"'s mail address at the ISP host system;

    responsive to a setting of a redirection trigger associated with the user, encrypting and redirecting the incoming messages from the ISP host system to the mobile device via a redirector host system, wherein the redirector host system is integrated with the ISP host system;

    receiving encrypted outgoing messages that are generated and encrypted at the mobile communications device;

    decrypting the received encrypted outgoing messages to recover the outgoing messages; and

    configuring address information of the outgoing messages so that the user'"'"'s mail address is used as an originating address of the outgoing messages.
