An electromagnetic wave shielding laminate comprising a transparent substrate and at least two electromagnetic wave shielding films laminated on the substrate, wherein each of the electromagnetic wave shielding films has, sequentially from the substrate side, a first high refractive index layer made of a metal oxide having a refractive index of at least 2.0, a first oxide layer containing zinc oxide and titanium oxide as the main components, an electroconductive layer containing silver as the main component and a second high refractive index layer made of a metal oxide having a refractive index of at least 2.0, the first high refractive index layer and the second high refractive index layer have the same composition, and the first high refractive index layer and the second high refractive index layer in direct contact with each other of adjacent electromagnetic wave shielding films form a single uniform layer.
