1. An implant for placement in a coronary sinus of a patient, comprising:

  • a first anchor configured to be expanded from a contracted condition to an expanded condition, the first anchor having a distal end and a proximal end, the first anchor configured to radially collapse to a contracted condition in response to the application of a longitudinal force applied at a portion of the proximal end of the first anchor, the anchor configured to have a generally unobstructed central lumen passing therethrough when in the expanded configuration,a second anchor having a distal end and a proximal end, anda bridge having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the bridge is secured to the first anchor and the second end of the bridge is secured to the second anchor.
