Abstract

A system provides information indicative of customer satisfaction respecting at least one service or sales provider, the system including at least one customer information entry component that provides customer input to a database supported by a financial service provider that assists point-of-sales or point-of-service payment to a site. The system can segregate or aggregate accumulated customer input data according to at least business one customer of the financial service provider. At least one business customer can access information from the accumulated customer input data that relates to data relating to that specific business customer. The system can provide alerts and/or can relate the data in its variance to the customer'"'"'s historical average scores. A method of providing information to a master business site regarding a subordinate business site comprises providing the subordinate business site with a point-of-sales or point-of-service data input for local customer site evaluation data to be provided by a local on-site primary customer, data input and data reception being directly associated with a financial service provider electronically supported economic transactions and transmitting data relating to both the economic service and the local customer site evaluation data to a processor that receives both the economic transaction data and the local customer site evaluation data.

Claims

1. In a system for providing information to a major business site indicative of customer satisfaction at subordinate business sites respecting at least one service or sales provider at subordinate business sites, the system including at least one customer information entry component that provides customer input to a database reviewed by the major business site supported by a financial service provider that assists point-of-sales or point-of-service payment to a subordinate business site.

2. The system of claim 1 wherein the site can segregate accumulated customer input data according to at least business one customer of the financial service provider.

3. The system of claim 1 wherein the site can aggregate accumulated customer input data according to at least business one customer of the financial service provider.

4. The system of claim 2 wherein the at least one business customer can access information from the accumulated customer input data that relates to data relating to that specific business customer.

A method of providing information to a master business site of a chain of business sites regarding a subordinate business site of the master business within the chain of subordinate business sites comprising providing the subordinate business site with a point-of-sales or point-of-service data input for local customer site evaluation data to be provided by a local on-site primary customer, data input and data reception being directly associated with a financial service provider electronically supported economic transactions and transmitting data relating to both the economic service and the local customer site evaluation data to a processor that receives both the economic transaction data and the local customer site evaluation data to compare performance of individuals or different local customer sites.

6. The method of claim 5 wherein the local customer has an economic incentive to provide local site evaluation data.

The method of claim 6 wherein the economic incentive is selected from the group consisting of cash value per transaction, cash value for groups of transactions, percentage as credits or value for each transaction, percentage as credits or values for groups of transactions, reduced charges between the local customer and the financial service provider, accumulated indicia of value, and indirect financial reward.

9. The method of claim 5 wherein data collected from the point-of-sales or point-of-service provider are returned to at least one of a site where sales or service is provided or management site of multiple sales or service providers.

10. The method of claim 5 wherein automated reports or signals are provided to at least one of a site where sales or service is provided or management site of multiple sales or service providers to provide information based upon primary customer input.

11. The method of claim 5 wherein individual reports are generated by the processor and provided to management of the local service provider.

The method of claim 5 wherein the master business site implements a new plan at at least some of a multiple of subordinate sites and the master business site tracks and determined performance at least one subordinate business site at which the new plan has been implemented and compares determined performance at the at least one store with determined performance at another of the multiple subordinate business sites at which the new business plan has not been implemented to compare the effects of the new business plan on the basis of at least the local customer site evaluation data.

The method of claim 5 wherein the master business site implements a new plan at at least some of a multiple of subordinate sites and the master business site tracks and determines performance at more than one subordinate business site at which the new plan has been implemented and compares the determined performance at the more than one store with determined performance at the multiple subordinate business sites at which the new business plan has not been implemented to compare the effects of the new business plan on the basis of at least the local customer site evaluation data.

The method of claim 5 wherein the master business site implements a new plan at at least some of a multiple of subordinate sites and the master business site tracks and determines performance at more than one subordinate business site at which the new plan has been implemented and compares the determined performance of one of the more than one stores of the multiple subordinate business sites with determined performance at at least one other of the multiple subordinate business sites at which the new business plan has been implemented to evaluate store-by-store compliance with the new business plan.

The method of claim 5 wherein the master business site implements a new plan at at least some of a multiple of subordinate sites and the master business site tracks and determines performance at more than one subordinate business site at which the new plan has been implemented and compares the determined performance of one of the more than one stores of the multiple subordinate business sites with determined performance at at least one other of the multiple subordinate business sites at which the new business plan has been implemented to evaluate store-by-store performance of individual employees or the compliance of individual store employees under the new business plan.

A method of providing information to a master business site of a chain of business sites regarding a subordinate business site of the master business within the chain of subordinate business sites comprising providing the subordinate business site with a point-of-sales or point-of-service data input for local customer site evaluation data to be provided by a local on-site customer, data input and data reception being directly associated with a financial service provider electronically supported economic transactions and transmitting data relating to both the economic service and the local customer site evaluation data to a processor that receives both the economic transaction data and the local customer site evaluation data, to compare performance of individuals or different local customer sites.
