1. A method of operating a mobile service comprising the steps of:
- a. receiving a first request via the World Wide Web or WAP to create a first mobile service, said first request comprising instructions to modify a mobile service template;
b. creating said first mobile service from said instructions and said template;
c. receiving a second request to execute said first mobile service, said second request to execute delivered via a text message communication device to a server wherein said server is adapted to communicate with said text message communication device; and
d. executing said first mobile service to generate data; and
e. sending said data via text message to said text message communication device.
