1. A device for insertion into a paranasal sinus, Eustachian tube, naso-lacrimal duct or other anatomical structure of the ear, nose or throat and for guiding a second device to that paranasal sinus, Eustachian tube, naso-lacrimal duct or other anatomical structure, said device comprising:

  • an elongate shaft having a proximal end and a distal end, at least a portion of said shaft being formed of plastically deformable material such that it may be bent into a desired shape;

    a bulbous tip member on the distal end of the shaft; and

    a handle removably attachable to the proximal end of the shaft.
