the point-of-sale station configured to send the first signal to the mobile device;
a payment-authorization center configured to receive the first signal from the mobile device via the mobile network,the payment-authorization center further configured to generate the second signal based on the first signal and transmit the second signal to the mobile device via the mobile network.
