1. A method for a person to input data into a computer, comprising the steps of:
- providing at least one member having printed matter on a surface thereof;
said printed matter including coded information;
using at least one electro-optical sensor, sensing said coded information and sensing the physical interaction of said person with said member;
analyzing the output of at least one of said sensors to determine the location of said interaction of said person with said member;
analyzing the output of at least one of said sensors to determine said coded information; and
determining from said coded information, and the location of said interaction, the input data desired.
