77. An hPP or hFc comprising one or more non-naturally encoded amino acids linked to a biologically active molecule.

78. The hPP or hFC of claim 77, wherein the biologically active molecule is a leptin peptide.

79. The hPP or hFC of claim 77, wherein the biologically active molecule is a leptin fragment.

80. The hPP or hFC of claim 77, wherein the biologically active molecule is a pancreatic hormone.

81. The hPP or hFC of claim 80, wherein the pancreatic hormone is an insulin-like peptide.

82. The hPP or hFC of claim 80, wherein the biologically active molecule is insulin.

83. The hPP or hFC of claim 80, wherein the biologically active molecule is amylin.
