1. A secondary monitoring access station system for a building having one or more primary monitoring systems comprising:
- an enclosure recessed into an exterior structure associated with said building having a lockable cover and accessible from the exterior of said building;
a monitor screen in said enclosure, exposed to be viewable upon opening of said cover; and
a computer in said enclosure operatively connected to said monitor and to at least one of said building monitoring systems to display of information from said building monitoring system on said monitor in said enclosure.
