a brim portion having upper and lower major surfaces thereof and an outboard edge extending between the major surfaces, wherein the brim portion forms a substrate of a printed circuit board; an LED for directing illumination outwardly from the headgear; a power source to energize the LED; and a circuit trace supported by one of the brim major surfaces and conforming to the shape thereof, the circuit trace extending across the one of the brim major surfaces to provide electrical communication between the LED and power source. - View Dependent Claims (15, 16, 17)
