1. A system that facilitates integrating security functionality and near field communications (NFC) data storage, comprising:

  • a memory module comprising a non-volatile memory to store security software;

    a security processor packaged with the non-volatile memory in the memory module, the security processor performs security functions based on the security software stored in the non-volatile memory; and

    a NFC (near field communication) radio frequency (RF) component that couples NFC wireless protocol capabilities to the security functionalities of the security processor, the NFC RF component stores data related to NFC transactions in the non-volatile memory.
