1. What I claim as my invention is:

(4) which radar/sensor under detection of flying missile/object shown on the screen of computer PC, (5) the linking spinning base of missile stopping at specific position referring to the precise calculation table of forwarding point of flying object at target (6) then signal being transmitted as well to the control center for final action, (7) or shooting defensive missile at the flying that defensive missile matching to shoot at the next position destroying flying missile, (5) safe protection being built behind the base having cover rotated opening/closing by extra motor, water pump for pumping fallen water from the upper part to dry up the cabinet in submarine, (6) the same/similar device/system being installed in/on vessel, ships, fleet and others grounds,basis of inventing and
