A practice cage for use with a movable object, said practice cage comprisingat least one frame member, said at least one frame member havingbase means for associating said frame member with a support surface, said base means have means for associating a left upright member spaced from a right upright member,a left upright member associated with and extending upwardly from the base means,a cross member extending between said right member and said left member;
- andnetting means mounted to said frame member, said netting means being configured to restrain the movement of a moveable object.
