1. A method of prognosing or classifying a subject with early stage non-small cell lung cancer, comprising the steps:
- (a) determining the expression of a biomarker in a test sample from the subject, wherein the biomarker comprises one or more biomarkers as shown in Table 1;
(b) comparing the expression of the biomarker with a control,wherein a difference in the expression of the biomarker between the control and the test sample is used to prognose or classify the subject with early stage non-small cell lung cancer into a poor survival group or a good survival group.
