Abstract

The invention refers to a process and an arrangement for the generation of a signed text and/or image document, in particular a digital document for electronic sending and/or for electronic storage. The invention is characterised by the fact that the name and/or an image and/or any other representation of a person, for example a person code, is attached to the basic document in combination with an authentication certificate, wherein the authentication certificate is generated as the result of a voice analysis of the person performed in relation with generation of the document in terms of timing.

Claims

1. Process for generating a signed text and/or image document, in particular a digital document for electronic sending and/or for electronic storage, wherein the name and/or an image and/or another representation of a person is/are attached on a basic document in combination with an authentication certificate, wherein the authentication certificate is generated as the result of a voice analysis of the person performed in timely relation with the generation of the document.

2. Process according to claim 1, wherein

the voice analysis includes the generation of a current voice profile of a corresponding person and the comparison by computation of the current voice profile against an initial voice profile of the assumed identical person generated and stored in advance during an enrollment phase.

3. Process according to claim 1, wherein

an electronic signature comprising the authentication certificate and optionally also a signature image and/or a voice file of the person is placed on the basic document.

4. Process according to claim 1, wherein

the authentication certificate is integrated in a 2D barcode and the 2D barcode is attached on the document.

5. Process according to claim 1, wherein

on attachment of the authentication certificate, the document exists as a PDF file and is in particular converted to a PDF file before attachment.

6. Process according to claim 2, wherein

the generation of the current voice profile and/or the enrollment phase comprises a transmission of voice samples by telephone or VoIP terminal device to a voice sample input interface.

7. Process according to claim 2, wherein

the generation of the current voice profile involves enunciation of voice samples predefined using of a random generator.

8. Process according to claim 1, wherein

a unique link is established between the basic document and the authentication certificate in a system server, using a certification session ID, which is assigned to both the basic document and a respective voice analysis procedure.

9. Process according to claim 1, wherein

the attachment of the authentication certificate on the document is registered by a system server, in particular using the certification session ID and/or in combination with a time stamp.

10. Process according to claim 1, wherein

the person in the current voice analysis is identified on the basis of an internal system identifier such as a user ID, or an identifier such as the telephone number, or the MSISDN of the terminal device from where the person enunciates the voice samples.

11. Process according to claim 2, wherein

in the enrollment phase, a signature image of the registered person is stored in relation to the registered person.

12. Process according to claim 11, wherein

a unique link between the stored signature image and the stored voice profile of the person is generated via an enrollment session ID that is assigned to both the procedure of the initial voice analysis and an acquisition of the signature image.

13. Process according to claim 11, wherein

the signature image is transmitted by fax or e-mail to a system server as a PDF or graphics file.

Process for verification of a signed text and/or image document, in particular of a digital document received electronically, which has been generated with a process according to claim 1, wherein evaluation of the authentication certificate takes place and, as a result of the evaluation, unencrypted information about the signing/certification event is made available to the owner of the document.

15. Process according to claim 14, wherein

the document is transmitted for evaluation to the system server, and the system server transmits personal information and/or time stamp information to a terminal device of the document owner.

16. Process according to claim 14, wherein

a 2D barcode on the printed document is read for verification.

17. Arrangement for realisation of a process for generating a signed text and/or image document, in particular a digital document for electronic sending and/or for electronic storage, wherein the name and/or an image and/or another representation of a person is/are attached on a basic document in combination with an authentication certificate, wherein the authentication certificate is generated as the result of a voice analysis of the person performed in timely relation with the generation of the document,

the arrangement comprising:

a system server for generation of the signed document resulting from the entered basic document, wherein the system server is assigned a basic document input interface, a voice sample input interface and a document output interface and the system server has a voice analysis unit connected to the voice sample input interface for voice analysis and a certification unit connected to the voice analysis unit and the basic document input interface at the input end and to the document output interface at the output end for generation and attachment of the authentication certificate on the basic document.

18. Arrangement according to claim 17, wherein

the system server has a voice profile storage unit and a voice profile comparison unit connected to the voice analysis unit and the voice profile storage unit for comparison of an initially generated voice profile against a currently enunciated voice profile and for output of a control signal to the certification unit for generation of the authentication certificate.

19. Arrangement according to claim 17, wherein

the system server has a personal data storage unit for storage of personal information of users assigned uniquely to the personally specific initial voice profile.

20. Arrangement according to claim 19, wherein

the personal data storage unit comprises an image memory to store a signature image and/or a voice memory to store a voice file of the respective person, wherein the image memory and/or the voice memory are connected to an input of the certification unit for attachment of the signature image or of the voice file on a document to be signed.

21. Arrangement according to claim 19, wherein

the personal data storage unit has a personal data output interface for output of personal information to the owner of a document signed by the system server.

22. Arrangement according to claim 17, wherein

the system server has a user prompting unit for realisation of the specific menu prompting in the enrollment phase and the certification phase and optionally a verification phase, wherein the user prompting unit in particular includes means for assigning an enrollment session ID or a certification session ID and for control of the voice analysis and of the storage operations, to be assigned to one another, of the various storage units on the basis of the respective session ID.

23. Arrangement according to claim 17, wherein

the voice sample input interface of the system server has a phone interface and, during the enrollment phase, a connection to a telecommunications terminal device of a user to be enrolled.

24. Arrangement according claim 17, wherein

during the certification phase, a data terminal device of a user sending the basic document and receiving the signed document is connected to the basic document input interface and the document output interface.

25. Arrangement according to claim 17, wherein

during a verification phase, the basic document input interface acts as a document input interface and, externally, a data terminal device of the user of the document to be verified is connected to the document input interface or a 2D barcode reader is connected to the document input interface and a display unit is connected to the personal data output interface.

26. Arrangement according to claim 17, wherein

the system server has a certification data storage unit connected to the certification unit at the input end and optionally connected to the personal data memory, as well as a certificate reader that is connected at the output end to the verification data storage unit and at the input end, optionally, to the document input interface and is configured for reading the authentication certificate assigned in the certification phase.
