1. A Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) based session setup method in a session setup process performed between terminals in a SIP based network which includes at least one or more of the terminals and at least one or more entities, the method comprising:
- sending a SIP INVITE message from a first terminal to a second terminal;
receiving and analyzing the SIP INVITE message by the second terminal; and
including a certain service condition in a SIP RESPONSE message, by the second terminal, and sending the SIP RESPONSE message including the service condition to the first terminal.
