Abstract

A RFID tag includes logic to compare information in a received signal with conditional response criteria, and to respond to the received signal with an RFID only if the information satisfies the conditional response criteria.

Claims

1. A RFID tag comprising:

logic to compare information in a received signal with conditional response criteria; and

logic to respond to the received signal with an RFID only if the information satisfies the conditional response criteria.

2. The RFID tag of claim 1, wherein the logic to compare information in a received signal with conditional response criteria further comprises:

logic to compare an ID of a radio tag in a received signal with an ID of the RFID tag.

3. The RFID tag of claim 1, wherein the logic to compare information in a received signal with conditional response criteria further comprises:

logic to compare RDIF type information in the received signal with a type of the RFID tag.

4. The RFID tag of claim 1, wherein the logic to compare information in a received signal with conditional response criteria further comprises:

logic to compare information in a received signal with data received and stored by the RFID tag.

5. The RFID tag of claim 1, wherein the logic to compare information in a received signal with conditional response criteria further comprises:

logic to compare information in the received signal with RFID tag state information.

6. The RFID tag of claim 1, wherein the logic to compare information in a received signal with conditional response criteria further comprises:

logic to compare a location indication in the received signal with a location indication of the RFID tag.

7. The RFID tag of claim 1, wherein the logic to compare information in a received signal with conditional response criteria further comprises:

logic to compare a request that the RFID tag return acquired and stored information with an indication of whether or not the RFID tag has acquired and stored information.
