Abstract

A firing tray for a furnace for dental ceramics having a plate for the placement on it of the firing material, wherein the plate is made as a base for the improvement of the application possibilities and the firing tray has additional wall elements which are designed for the placement on them of a further firing tray for the forming of a stack.

Claims

1. A firing tray for a furnace for dental ceramics having a plate (3, 4) for the placement on it of the firing material, wherein the plate (3, 4) is made as a base;

and in that the firing tray additionally has wall elements (1, 7, 7′

) which are designed for the placement on them of a further firing tray for the forming of a stack.

2. A firing tray in accordance with claim 1, wherein the wall elements (1, 7, 7′

) form a three-point support for a stacked further firing tray.

3. A firing tray in accordance with claim 1, wherein the wall elements are formed by stays (1).

4. A firing tray in accordance with claim 3, wherein the stays (1) are arranged uniformly distributed around the base part (3).

5. A firing tray in accordance with claim 1, wherein the wall elements (7, 7′

) are formed by a ring arranged at the rim side at the base part (4).

6. A firing tray in accordance with claim 5, wherein the ring (7) is interrupted by a slit (9).

7. A firing tray in accordance with claim 5, wherein the ring (7) has openings (8).

8. A firing tray in accordance with claim 5, wherein the upper rim (10) of the ring (7′

) is made in wave shape.

9. A firing tray in accordance with claim 1, wherein the base part (4) is made as a separate part.

10. A firing tray in accordance with claim 1, wherein the base part (4) has a step (6) at the rim side at both sides.

11. A firing tray in accordance with claim 1, wherein the base part (4) has a honeycomb structure (5).

12. A firing tray in accordance with claim 11, wherein the honeycombs of the honeycomb structure (5) are made for the reception of holding pins for the holding of so-called caps.

13. A firing tray in accordance with claim 1, wherein the base (3, 4) is made of silicon carbide, in particular recrystallized silicon carbide.

14. A firing tray in accordance with claim 1, wherein the support side of the base part (3, 4) is provided with a diffusion block in the form of a replaceable foil or an engobe.

15. A firing tray for a furnace for dental ceramics in accordance with claim 1, wherein the plate (3, 4) consists of the same material as the firing material.

17. A firing tray for a furnace for dental ceramics in accordance with claim 1, wherein the plate (3, 4) consists of unsintered or part-sintered material.

16. A firing tray for a furnace for dental ceramics having a plate (3, 4) for the placement on it of the firing material, wherein the plate (3, 4) consists of the same material as the firing material.

18. A firing tray for a furnace for dental ceramics having a plate (3, 4) for the placement on it of the firing material, wherein the plate (3, 4) consists of unsintered or part-sintered material.
