A health diagnosis apparatus using brain wave pattern analysis from brain wave signals measured in a brain wave measuring unit that measures brain waves via brain wave measuring sensors attached to the frontal lobe of a human body that is to be diagnosed, the health diagnosis apparatus comprising a brain wave analysis computer that receives and fast-Fourier-transforms the measured brain waves, accumulates brain wave data for a predetermined time, analyzes a pattern of a signal that occurs at respective frequencies, and sets the analyzed frequency pattern to correspond to the respective portions of the human body, to thereby determine the health condition of the human body.
