1. A method of measuring skin conductance, comprising the steps of:
- supplying a low conductivity medium as a medium for holding tissue fluid that contains a predetermined component of a subject to a medium containing part;
disposing the medium containing part on an extraction region of a skin of the subject;
extracting the tissue fluid through the extraction region into the low conductivity medium within the medium containing part;
supplying electric power between a first electrode for supplying electric power to the extraction region and a second electrode for supplying electric power to the skin outside the extraction region; and
measuring the conductance of the extraction region based on the electric power supplied between the first electrode and second electrode.

Abstract
The present invention provides a method of measuring skin conductance which can obtain an accuracy measurement result, comprising the steps of: supplying a low conductivity medium as a medium for holding tissue fluid that contains a predetermined component of a subject to a medium containing part; disposing the medium containing part on an extraction region of a skin of the subject; extracting tissue fluid through the extraction region into the low conductivity medium within the medium containing part; supplying electric power between a first electrode for supplying electric power to the extraction region and a second electrode for supplying electric power to the skin outside the extraction region; and measuring the conductance of the extraction region based on the electric power supplied between the first electrode and second electrode. A method of analyzing a component concentration, a skin conductance measuring apparatus, and a component concentration analyzer are also disclosed.

supplying a low conductivity medium as a medium for holding tissue fluid that contains a predetermined component of a subject to a medium containing part; disposing the medium containing part on an extraction region of the skin of the subject; extracting the tissue fluid through the extraction region into the low conductivity medium within the medium containing part; supplying electric power between a first electrode for supplying electric power to the extraction region and a second electrode for supplying electric power to the skin outside the extraction region; measuring a value that corresponds to the amount of the predetermined component contained in the tissue fluid extracted through the extraction region into the low conductivity medium; and calculating the concentration of the predetermined component in the tissue fluid based on a energization result of the electric power supplied between the first electrode and the second electrode, and the value obtained at the measuring step. - View Dependent Claims (5, 6)

a medium containing part, desposed on an extraction region of the skin of a subject, to accommodate a low conductivity medium for holding tissue fluid that contains a predetermined component of the subject; a first electrode for supplying electric power to the extraction region; a second electrode for supplying electric power to a first region outside of the extraction region of the skin of the subject; a power source for supplying electric power to the first electrode and the second electrode; and a conductance measuring part for measuring the conductance of the extraction region based on the electric power supplied from the power source to the first electrode and the second electrode.

a medium containing part, desposed on an extraction region of the skin of a subject, to accommodate a low conductivity medium for holding tissue fluid that contains a predetermined component of the subject; a first electrode for supplying electric power to the extraction region; a second electrode for supplying electric power to the skin outside the extraction region; a power source for supplying electric power to the first electrode and the second electrode; a energization result measuring part for measuring a energization result by supplying electric power from the power source to the first electrode and second electrode; a component amount measuring part for measuring a value corresponding to the amount of a predetermined component contained in the tissue fluid extracted through the extraction region into a low conductivity medium in the medium containing part; and an analyzing part for calculating the concentration of the predetermined component in the tissue fluid based on the energization result and the value corresponding to the amount of the predetermined component.

a first electrode for supplying electric power to a position corresponding to an extraction region which is a skin of a subject performed a skin permeability facilitating treatment for extracting tissue fluid that contains a predetermined component; a second electrode for supplying electric power to a position corresponding to a region which is the skin of the subject outside the extraction region; a tissue fluid retention part for retaining the tissue fluid extracted from the extraction region. a power source for applying an alternating current as electric power to the skin of the subject through the first electrode and second electrode; an electrical information obtaining part for obtaining electrical information that is obtained by applying an alternating current from the power source to the skin of the subject; a calculating part for calculating the conductance of the skin of the subject based on the electrical information; a component amount obtaining part for obtaining a value corresponding to the amount of the predetermined component in the tissue fluid retention part; and a component concentration obtaining part for calculating the concentration of the predetermined component in the tissue fluid based on the value obtained by the component amount obtaining part, and the conductance of the extraction region calculated by the calculating part.

22. A method of measuring skin conductance, comprising the steps of:

performing a skin permeability facilitating treatment on the extraction region of the skin of a subject; and calculating the conductance of the skin based on electrical information obtained by applying an alternating current to the extraction region and a region outside the extraction region of the skin of the subject.

23. A method of analyzing a component concentration, comprising the steps of:

performing a skin permeability facilitating treatment on the extraction region of the skin of a subject; extracting tissue fluid which contains a predetermined component through the extraction region of the skin of the subject; obtaining a value corresponding to an amount of the predetermined component of the tissue fluid extracted by the extracting step; calculating a conductance of the skin based on electrical information obtained by applying an alternating current to the extraction region and a region outside the extraction region of the skin of the subject; and analyzing the concentration of the predetermined component contained in the tissue fluid of the subject based on the value obtained by the obtaining step and the conductance of the skin obtained by the calculating step. - View Dependent Claims (24)
