Abstract

Secure network transaction system obtains user-authorized genetic term or bioinformatic profile, and transacts online service according to genetically-based user medical or other risk determined therefrom. Insurance policy, promotional offer, or other service may dynamically address genetically-based condition. Bioinformatic data classifies user per personal mask which filters subset of user genetic sequence. Risk profile may be calculated according to actuarial statistics, genetics and/or heredity using non-discriminatory rules specified for users in temporal or jurisdictional groups. User transactions are modifiable according to bioinformatic data representing genetically-based risk increase or decrease. Data is securely processed, modulated, and stored by network server for remote access and transaction using various portable user devices.

Claims

1. Bioinformatic transaction scheme for protein folding structure comprising steps:

detecting or volunteering a personal protein folding structure; and

transacting electronically according to the protein folding structure.

2. Portable PDA or computing apparatus for secure bioinformatic modulation comprising:

a user module for electronically modulating a genetic sequence or protein folding structure according to a spread spectrum, or time-, frequency- or code-division modulation to secure the sequence or structure;

wherein an interactive digital service is transacted securely according to the modulated sequence or structure.

3. Database for secure bioinformatic transaction comprising:

a database having a user-volunteered genetic sequence and protein folding structure;

wherein the user volunteers the sequence and structure using a logical mask or data filter for enabling positive access to or negative block thereof.
