1. An image processing device capable of correcting distortion of an original image picked up by a wide-angle lens using distortion correcting parameters formed in a form of a lattice, said image processing device comprising:
- a processing unit configured to sharably process distortion correcting parameters for at least one of an arbitrary pan angle and am arbitrary tilt angle on a basis of a fact that distortion of said wide-angle lens has symmetry from a central point of an optical axis.

15. An image processing method capable of correcting distortion of an original image picked up bit a wide-angle lens using distortion correcting parameters formed in a form of a lattice, said image processing method comprising:
generating new distortion correcting parameters symmetrically with respect to an optical axis center line touching a central point of an optical axis by subjecting distortion correcting parameters for at least one of an arbitrary pan angle and an arbitrary tilt angle to mirror image processing with the optical axis center line as an axis on a basis of a fact that distortion of said wide-angle lens has symmetry from the central point of the optical axis, and sharably processing the new distortion correcting parameters.

16. A program for making a computer perform image processing for correcting distortion of in original image picked up by a wide-angle lens using distortion correcting parameters formed in a form of a lattice, said program comprising:
generating new distortion correcting parameters symmetrically with respect to an optical axis center line touching a central point of an optical axis by subjecting distortion correcting parameters for at least one of an arbitrary pan angle and an arbitrary tilt angle to mirror image processing with the optical axis center line as an axis on a basis of a fact that distortion of said wide-angle lens has symmetry from the central point of the optical axis, and sharably processing the new distortion correcting parameters.
