1. An isolation device for isolating an aneurysm located near an intersection of a trunk of a blood vessel and a plurality of branches, the isolation device comprising:

  • a body having a first end, a second end and a lumen therethrough along a longitudinal axis, wherein the body is configured for positioning within the intersection so that the aneurysm is substantially aligned with the longitudinal axis;

    an occluder disposed across the lumen so as to allow blood flow into the first end along the longitudinal axis and to divert flow away from the longitudinal axis so as to isolate the aneurysm.
