- collecting a plurality of financial information, a plurality of provisioning information, a plurality of line loss information, a plurality of call event distribution information and a plurality of call trending information associated with the telephony services provided to the user;
storing the financial information, the provisioning information, the line loss information, the call event distribution information and the call trending information in one or more databases; and
providing display information to the user which is representative of the financial information, the provisioning information, the line loss information, the call event distribution information and the call trending information.
