Abstract

An interactive online funding method includes providing an interactive online funding platform, offering an interactive funding activity for a user to participate in the interactive online funding platform, by placing a bid, and comparing the bid price of the user with a threshold price set by the interactive online funding platform. When the bid price is greater than or equal to the threshold price, the method further includes utilizing the interactive online funding platform to perform settlement and liquidation to remit a loan amount to the user according to at least the bid price; when the bid price is lower than the threshold price, the method further includes utilizing the interactive online funding platform to perform settlement and liquidation to receive a deposit amount from the user according to the bid price.

Claims

1. An interactive online funding method, comprising:

providing an interactive online funding platform;

offering an interactive funding activity for a user to participate in the interactive online funding platform by placing a bid;

comparing the bid price of the user with a threshold price set by the interactive online funding platform;

when the bid price is greater than or equal to the threshold price, utilizing the interactive online funding platform to perform settlement and liquidation for remitting a loan amount to the user according to at least the bid price; and

when the bid price is lower than the threshold price, utilizing the interactive online funding platform to perform settlement and liquidation for receiving a deposit amount from the user according to the bid price.

2. The interactive online funding method of claim 1, further comprising:

defining an upper bound and a lower bound of the bid price allowed to be placed by the user, and

notifying the user of the lower bound;

wherein the threshold price is set above the lower bound.

3. The interactive online funding method of claim 1, further comprising:

checking a credit amount of the user, wherein the credit amount defines a maximum loan amount granted to the user; and

when the bid price is greater than or equal to the threshold price and the credit amount is smaller than the amount that the user would receive by winning the bid, utilizing the interactive online funding platform to perform settlement and liquidation for receiving the deposit amount from the user according to the bid price;

wherein the loan amount is remitted to the user when the bid price is greater than or equal to the threshold price and the credit amount is greater than or equal to the amount that the user would receive by winning the bid.

4. The interactive online funding method of claim 3, further comprising:

when the credit amount is smaller than the amount that the user would receive by winning the bid, updating the credit amount by adding the deposit amount received by the interactive online funding platform to the credit amount.

5. The interactive online funding method of claim 3, further comprising:

checking if the user decides to participate in the interactive funding activity to generate a first checking result;

when the first checking result indicates that the user decides not to participate in the interactive funding activity, performing a data inquiry through the interactive online funding platform; and

when the first checking result indicates that the user decides to participate in the interactive funding activity, determining the credit amount of the user.

6. The interactive online funding method of claim 5, wherein the step of determining the credit amount of the user comprises:

checking if the user submits an online credit amount application to generate a second checking result;

when the second checking result indicates that the user submits the online credit amount application, utilizing the interactive online funding platform to verify the online credit amount application to generate a verification result, determining the credit amount of the user according to the verification result, and then allowing the user to bid in the interactive funding activity; and

when the second checking result indicates that the user does not submit the online credit amount application, allowing the user to directly participate in the interactive funding activity as a depositor.

7. The interactive online funding method of claim 1, wherein the step of offering an interactive funding activity further comprises:

receiving a number of terms, a contribution amount for each term, and a bid price set by a user, determining the deposit amount according to the contribution amount and the bid price, and determining the amount that the bid winner would receive according to the number of terms, the bid price, and the contribution amount.

8. The interactive online funding method of claim 7, wherein the step of offering an interactive funding activity further comprises:

utilizing the interactive online funding platform to verify the number of terms, the contribution amount, and the bid price to check a validity thereof.

9. An interactive online funding system, comprising:

a processor; and

a storage device, coupled to the processor, for storing a program code including at least a comparison subprogram and a settlement and liquidation subprogram, wherein when the processor executes the program code, the program code provides an interactive online funding platform for a user to participate in an interactive funding activity to place a bid price;

the comparison subprogram executed by the processor compares the bid price of the user with a threshold price set by the interactive online funding platform;

when the bid price is greater than or equal to the threshold price, the settlement and liquidation subprogram executed by the processor performs settlement and liquidation for remitting a loan amount to the user according to at least the bid price; and

when the bid price is lower than the threshold price, the settlement and liquidation subprogram executed by the processor performs settlement and liquidation for receiving a deposit amount from the user according to the bid price.

10. The interactive online funding system of claim 9, wherein the program code further comprises:

a defining subprogram, for defining an upper bound and a lower bound of the bid price allowed to be placed by the user; and

a notification subprogram, for notifying the user of the lower bound;

wherein the threshold price is set above the lower bound.

11. The interactive online funding system of claim 9, wherein the program code further comprises:

a credit checking subprogram, executed by the processor for checking a credit amount of the user, wherein the credit amount defines a maximum loan amount granted to the user;

wherein when the bid price is greater than or equal to the threshold price and the credit amount is smaller than the amount the user would receive by winning the bid, the settlement and liquidation subprogram executed by the processor receives the deposit amount from the user according to the bid price; and

when the bid price is greater than or equal to the threshold price and the credit amount is greater than or equal to the amount the user would receive by winning the bid, the settlement and liquidation subprogram executed by the processor remits the loan amount to the user.

12. The interactive online funding system of claim 11, wherein the program code further comprises:

an updating subprogram, executed by the processor for updating the credit amount by adding the deposit amount received by the interactive online funding platform to the credit amount when the credit amount is smaller than the amount the user would receive by winning the bid.

13. The interactive online funding system of claim 11, wherein the program code further comprises:

a first checking subprogram, executed by the processor for checking whether the user decides to participate in the interactive funding activity to generate a first checking result;

a data inquiry subprogram, executed by the processor for performing a data inquiry operation when the first checking result indicates that the user decides not to participate in the interactive funding activity; and

a determination subprogram, executed by the processor for determining the credit amount of the user when the first checking result indicates that the user decides to participate in the interactive funding activity.

14. The interactive online funding system of claim 13, wherein the determination subprogram further comprises:

a second checking subprogram, executed by the processor for checking if the user submits an online credit amount application to generate a second checking result; and

a first verification subprogram, executed by the processor for verifying the online credit amount application to generate a verification result when the second checking result indicates that the user submits the online credit amount application;

a credit amount subprogram, executed by the processor for determining the credit amount of the user according to the verification result when the second checking result indicates that the user submits the online credit amount application;

wherein the interactive funding activity proceeds after the credit amount is determined; and

when the second checking result indicates that the user does not submit the online credit amount application, the interactive funding activity proceeds directly.

15. The interactive online funding system of claim 9, wherein the program code further comprises:

a setting subprogram, for setting a number of terms and a contribution amount for each term;

wherein the loan amount is determined according to the number of terms, the bid price, and the contribution amount; and

the deposit amount is determined according to the contribution amount and the bid price.

16. The interactive online funding system of claim 15, wherein the program code further comprises:

a second verification subprogram, for verifying the number of terms, the contribution amount, and the bid price to check validity thereof.
