Abstract

Systems, methods, computer program products, and media are described for obtaining data from occupational or leisure intercommunication at least between a device and a user and signaling a data distillation indicating a health status change of the user at least partly based on the data from the occupational or leisure intercommunication; or for receiving health-status-indicative data surreptitiously captured from an interaction between a device and a user and applying one or more data extraction criteria to the health-status-indicative data surreptitiously captured from the interaction between the device and the user.

Claims

1. An apparatus comprising:

one or more physical media configured to bear a device-detectable implementation of a method including at least

receiving an indication of an anomalous device-interactive performance of a specific individual; and

selecting one or more diagnostic instructions at least partly based on the anomalous device-interactive performance of the specific individual.

7. The apparatus of claim 1 in which a portion of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more processors configured to perform one or more of optical image scanning or auditory pattern scanning upon the device-detectable implementation.

21. An apparatus comprising:

one or more physical media bearing a device-detectable output indicating an occurrence of

receiving an indication of an anomalous device-interactive performance of a specific individual; and

selecting one or more diagnostic instructions at least partly based on the anomalous device-interactive performance of the specific individual.

22. The apparatus of claim 21 in which the one or more physical media comprise:

an antenna-containing semiconductor chip.

24. The apparatus of claim 21 in which the one or more physical media comprise:

a portable module including at least an auditory interface configured to be operated while the portable module is held or worn.

25. The apparatus of claim 21 in which a portion of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more of an image projection module or a touch screen.

26. The apparatus of claim 21 in which the one or more physical media include at least one of a repeater, a communication satellite, or another active module configured to accept first and second portions of the device-detectable output at first and second respective times.

27. The apparatus of claim 21 in which a portion of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more processors configured to perform one or more of text scanning or auditory pattern scanning upon the device-detectable output.

28. The apparatus of claim 21 in which a portion of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more processors configured to perform pattern recognition upon the device-detectable output.

29. The apparatus of claim 21 in which a portion of the one or more physical media comprises:

circuitry for using an encryption constraint in at least some of the device-detectable output.

30. The apparatus of claim 21 in which at least one of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more signal-bearing media bearing at least one special-purpose instruction sequence as a portion of the device-detectable output.

31. The apparatus of claim 21 in which at least one of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more signal-bearing media bearing at least one signal from an implementation having at least circuitry for receiving an indication of an anomalous device-interactive performance of a specific individual.

33. The apparatus of claim 21 in which the one or more physical media include at least a lens or other light-transmissive medium.

34. The apparatus of claim 21 in which a portion of the one or more physical media comprises:

a power line operated for transmitting content of the device-detectable output between at least two terminals.

35. The apparatus of claim 21 in which a first medium of the one or more physical media bears a first portion of the device-detectable output while a second medium of the one or more physical media bears a second portion of the device-detectable output.

36. The apparatus of claim 21 in which the one or more physical media are configured at least (a) by causing a communication channel in the one or more physical media to bear a first portion of the device-detectable output;

and (b) by causing another channel of the one or more physical media to bear a second portion of the device-detectable output.

37. The apparatus of claim 21 in which the one or more physical media have borne the device-detectable output.

38. The apparatus of claim 21 in which a portion of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more static markings indicative of the device-detectable output.

40. The apparatus of claim 21 further comprising at least one of a satellite dish or other signal-reflective element or an antenna operated to receive the device-detectable output.

41. The apparatus of claim 21 in which at least one of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more signal-bearing media bearing at least a portion of the device-detectable output indicating an occurrence of receiving an indication of an anomalous device-interactive performance of a specific individual at least by applying one or more premises relating to a diagnostic group to performance data relating to a member of the diagnostic group.

42. The apparatus of claim 21 in which at least one of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more signal-bearing media bearing at least a portion of the device-detectable output indicating an occurrence of receiving an indication of an anomalous device-interactive performance of a specific individual at least by detecting one or more non-anomalous performances.

43. The apparatus of claim 21 in which at least one of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more signal-bearing media bearing at least a portion of the device-detectable output indicating an occurrence of receiving an indication of an anomalous device-interactive performance of a specific individual at least by performing timing analysis at least on the indication of the anomalous device-interactive performance.

45. The apparatus of claim 21 in which at least one of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more signal-bearing media bearing at least a portion of the device-detectable output indicating an occurrence of selecting one or more diagnostic instructions at least partly based on the anomalous device-interactive performance of the specific individual at least by generating a message indicating the one or more diagnostic instructions.

47. The apparatus of claim 21 in which at least one of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more signal-bearing media bearing at least a portion of the device-detectable output indicating an occurrence of selecting one or more diagnostic instructions at least partly based on the anomalous device-interactive performance of the specific individual at least by selecting the one or more diagnostic instructions partly based on a frequency or a duration.

48. The apparatus of claim 21 in which at least one of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more signal-bearing media bearing at least a portion of the device-detectable output indicating an occurrence of selecting one or more diagnostic instructions at least partly based on the anomalous device-interactive performance of the specific individual at least by receiving input data signaling a selection of the one or more diagnostic instructions.

49. The apparatus of claim 21 in which at least one of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more signal-bearing media bearing at least a portion of the device-detectable output indicating an occurrence of selecting one or more diagnostic instructions at least partly based on the anomalous device-interactive performance of the specific individual at least by selecting the one or more diagnostic instructions in response to a symptom.

50. The apparatus of claim 21 in which at least one of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more signal-bearing media bearing at least a portion of the device-detectable output indicating an occurrence of selecting one or more diagnostic instructions at least partly based on the anomalous device-interactive performance of the specific individual at least by changing one or more anomalous performance detection criteria in response to an output from the one or more diagnostic instructions.

51. The apparatus of claim 21 in which at least one of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more signal-bearing media bearing at least a portion of the device-detectable output indicating an occurrence of receiving an indication of an anomalous device-interactive performance of a specific individual at least by detecting a performance anomaly at least by comparing a scalar performance indicator with a threshold.

53. The apparatus of claim 21 in which at least one of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more signal-bearing media bearing at least a portion of the device-detectable output indicating an occurrence of receiving an indication of an anomalous device-interactive performance of a specific individual at least by detecting an anomaly during the anomalous device-interactive performance of the specific individual.

54. The apparatus of claim 21 in which at least one of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more signal-bearing media bearing at least a portion of the device-detectable output indicating an occurrence of receiving an indication of an anomalous device-interactive performance of a specific individual at least by applying at least auditory processing of the indication of the anomalous device-interactive performance of the specific individual.

56. The apparatus of claim 21 in which at least one of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more signal-bearing media bearing at least a portion of the device-detectable output indicating an occurrence of obtaining information confirming an identity of the specific individual after the anomalous device-interactive performance of the specific individual.

57. The apparatus of claim 21 in which at least one of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more signal-bearing media bearing at least a portion of the device-detectable output indicating an occurrence of performing a transmission of or a reception of an instruction sequence including at least the one or more diagnostic instructions.

58. The apparatus of claim 21 in which at least one of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more signal-bearing media bearing at least a portion of the device-detectable output indicating an occurrence of executing the one or more diagnostic instructions.

59. The apparatus of claim 21 in which at least one of the one or more physical media comprises:

one or more signal-bearing media bearing at least a portion of the device-detectable output indicating an occurrence of causing the one or more diagnostic instructions to generate a diagnosis.

61. An apparatus comprising:

one or more physical media bearing a device-detectable output indicating an occurrence of

receiving an indication of an anomalous device-interactive performance of a specific individual;

obtaining information confirming an identity of the specific individual after the anomalous device-interactive performance of the specific individual;

selecting one or more diagnostic instructions at least partly based on the anomalous device-interactive performance of the specific individual at least by selecting the one or more diagnostic instructions in response to a symptom, by performing a transmission of or a reception of an instruction sequence including at least the one or more diagnostic instructions, by executing the one or more diagnostic instructions, and by changing one or more anomalous performance detection criteria in response to an output from the one or more diagnostic instructions; and

causing the one or more diagnostic instructions to generate a diagnosis.
