Abstract

The display apparatus is provided with a generating unit that generates a menu image in which selection items of a menu are geometrically arranged; and a controller that makes the menu image displayed on a screen of a display and that makes positions of the selection items in the menu image dynamically changed.

Claims

1. A display apparatus comprising:

a generating unit that generates a menu image in which selection items of a menu are geometrically arranged; and

a controller that makes the menu image displayed on a screen of a display, and that makes positions of the selection items in the menu image dynamically changed.

2. The display apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the generating unit generates the menu image as a video file where the selection items are rotated and moved on a predetermined circumference, and

the controller makes the video file of the menu image replayed on the screen of the display so as to make the positions of the selection items changed.

3. The display apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the generating unit generates a plurality of the menu images in which the selection items are arranged at different positions within a certain area;

and

the controller makes the menu images displayed on the screen of the display while switching the plurality of the menu images so as to make the positions of the selection items changed.

4. The display apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the generating unit generates the menu image on the basis of combination of images for each of the selection items that is individually generated and

the controller sets arrangement positions of the selection items of which the number is the same or more as the number of the selection items, and sequentially switches the selection items to be displayed at each of the arrangement positions so as to make the positions of the selection items changed.

5. The display apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the controller makes a change speed of the positions of the selection items dynamically changed.

6. The display apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the generating unit generates the menu image separately for each layer of the menu set in a hierarchy and

the controller makes the menu image of a lower layer displayed on the screen of the display when the selection item associated with the lower layer is selected among the selection items comprised in the displayed menu image.

7. The display apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the generating unit generates a menu image in which the selection items of each layer are arranged on a circumference for the layer, and

the controller makes the menu image of the layer associated with the selection item displayed while setting the selection item as a center of the circumference when a predetermined selection item is selected.

8. The display apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the generating unit generates, for a second or lower layer, a menu image in which the selection items are linearly arranged, and

the controller makes the menu image of the layer associated with the selection item displayed while setting the selection item as a base point in such a manner that the selection items arranged linearly are extended in a certain direction when the predetermined selection item is selected.

The display apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the generating unit generates, for the second or lower layer, a menu image in which the selection items of the layer are arranged on the circumference corresponding to an outer circumference of a menu image of a layer just above the second or lower layer, and

the controller makes the menu image of the layer associated with the selection item displayed outside of a menu image of a layer comprising the selection item when the predetermined selection item is selected.

10. The display apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:

a determination unit that recognizes a position of an object image displayed on the screen of the display, and that determines a display position of the menu image so as not to overlap the object image with the menu image, wherein

the controller makes the menu image displayed at the position determined by the determination unit.

11. A computer readable medium storing a program causing a computer to execute a process for image processing, the process comprising:

generating a menu image in which selection items of a menu are arranged on a circumference as a first process; and

making the menu image displayed on a screen of a display and making positions on the circumference of the selection items in the menu image dynamically changed as a second process.

12. The computer readable medium storing a program according to claim 11, wherein the first process is for generating the menu image as a video file where the selection items are rotated and moved on a predetermined circumference, and

the second process is for making the video file of the menu image replayed on the screen of the display so as to make positions of the selection items changed.

13. The computer readable medium storing a program according to claim 11, wherein the first process is for generating a plurality of the menu images in which the selection items at different positions are arranged within a certain area, and

the second process is for making the menu images displayed on the screen of the display while switching the plurality of the menu images so as to make the positions of the selection items changed.

14. The computer readable medium storing a program according to claim 11, wherein the first process is for generating the menu image on the basis of combination of images for each of the selection items that is individually generated, and

the second process is for setting arrangement positions of the selection items of which the number is the same or more as the number of the selection items, and sequentially switching the selection items to be displayed at each of the arrangement positions so as to make the positions of the selection items changed.

15. The computer readable medium storing a program according to claim 11, wherein the second process is for making a change speed of the positions of the selection items dynamically changed.

16. The computer readable medium storing a program according to claim 11, wherein the first process is for generating the menu image separately for each layer of the menu set in a hierarchy, and

the second process is for making a menu image of a lower layer displayed on the screen of the display when a selection item associated with the lower layer is selected among selection items comprised in the displayed menu image.

17. The computer readable medium storing a program according to claim 16, wherein the first process is for generating a menu image in which the selection items of the layer are arranged on the circumference for each of the layers, and

the second process is for displaying the menu image of a layer associated with the selection item while setting the selection item as a center of the circumference when a predetermined selection item is selected.

18. The computer readable medium storing a program according to claim 16, wherein the first process is for generating a menu image in, which the selection items are linearly arranged, for the second or lower layer, and

the second process is for displaying the menu image of a layer associated with the selection item while setting the selection item as a base point in such a manner that the selection items being linearly arranged are extended in a certain direction when the predetermined selection item is selected.

The computer readable medium storing a program according to claim 16, wherein the first process is for generating, for the second or lower layer, a menu image in which the selection items of the layer are arranged on the circumference corresponding to an outer circumference of a menu image of a layer dust above the second or the lower layer, and

the second process is for displaying the menu image of a layer associated with the selection item outside of the menu image of a layer comprising the selection Item when the predetermined selection item is selected.

20. The computer readable medium storing a program according to claim 11, causing the computer to execute a process for image processing, the process further comprising:

recognizing a position of an object image displayed on the screen of the display, and determining a display position of the menu image so as not to overlap the object image with the menu image as a third process, wherein

the second process is for making the menu image displayed at the position determined by the third process.
