Abstract

An improved agricultural vehicle is provided utilizing an upper storage container, movable laterally relative to a lower storage container. The dual storage containers allows for ease of loading and unloading a combine with multiple types of agricultural materials, such as stover and corn kernels. The invention also allows grain wagons to carry two separate types of agricultural material, such as stover and corn kernels.

Claims

1. A mobile agricultural transport comprising:

(a) means for collecting agricultural material;

(b) a first agricultural material container;

(c) means for transporting said grain to a first container;

(d) a second agricultural material container comprising;

(i) means for mounting said second agricultural material container;

(ii) a wall; and

(iii) a floor;

(e) means for transporting said other agricultural material to said second container; and

(f) means for moving at least a portion of said floor at least ten centimeters relative to said first agricultural material container.

2. The mobile agricultural transport of claim 1, wherein said moving means is means for moving at least a portion of said floor laterally at least ten centimeters relative to said first container.

3. The mobile agricultural transport of claim 1, wherein said floor is a pair of continuous side chains coupled to one another by a cross chain.

4. The mobile agricultural transport of claim 3, further comprising a supplemental plurality of cross chains coupled between said pair of continuous side chains.

5. The mobile agricultural transport of claim 1, wherein said moving means is means for moving said second container laterally at least ten centimeters.

6. The mobile agricultural transport of claim 1, wherein said moving means is means for pivoting said floor.

7. The mobile agricultural transport of claim 6, further comprising a door provided in said wall.

8. The mobile agricultural transport of claim 1, wherein said moving means is means for moving said floor relative to said wall.

9. The mobile agricultural transport of claim 8, further comprising means for moving said second container relative to said first container.

10. The mobile agricultural transport of claim 9, further comprising a door provided in said wall.

11. The mobile agricultural transport of claim 1, further comprising means for moving the mobile agricultural transport.

12. A mobile agricultural transport comprising:

(a) means for collecting agricultural material;

(b) means for separating grain from other agricultural material;

(c) means for transporting said grain to a first container;

(d) a second container comprising;

(i) means for mounting said container;

(ii) a wall;

(iii) a floor; and

(iv) an outlet;

(e) means for transporting said other agricultural material to said second container; and

(f) means for moving said floor sufficiently to move said other agricultural material out of said second container.

13. The mobile agricultural transport of claim 12, wherein said moving means is means for pivoting said second container.

14. The mobile agricultural transport of claim 12, wherein said floor is a pair of continuous side chains coupled to one another by a cross chain.

15. The mobile agricultural transport of claim 14, further comprising a supplemental plurality of cross chains coupled between said pair of continuous side chains.

16. The mobile agricultural transport of claim 12, wherein said moving means is means for moving said floor relative to said wall.

17. The mobile agricultural transport of claim 16, further comprising means for moving said second container relative to said first container.

18. An agricultural vehicle comprising:

(a) means for moving the agricultural vehicle;

(b) means for transporting agricultural material into said container;

(c) a container comprising;

(i) means for mounting said container to the agricultural vehicle;

(ii) a wall; and

(iii) a floor;

(d) means for moving said floor sufficiently to move said agricultural material out of said container.

19. The agricultural vehicle of claim 18, further comprising a supplemental floor provided below said floor.

20. The agricultural vehicle of claim 19, wherein said floor is a pair of continuous side chains coupled to one another by a cross chain.
