11. A method for manufacturing a jounce bumper comprising the steps of:
-
a) feeding a molten plastic material into an extruder; b) extruding the plastic material, which is in a hot moldable condition, through the pin and the die of an extrusion head to form a hollow continuous tube; c) corrugating the hollow continuous tube; and d) cutting the chain of multiple jounce bumpers to form single and discrete jounce bumpers. - View Dependent Claims (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18)
