Abstract

The present invention discloses a type of secure and efficient wheel assembly using fluid or solid stuffing materials so as to minimize the blowout risks, a wheel rim transmission assembly, an energy exchanging arrangement used in transporting system, and a vehicle energy storage system, as well as corresponding methods for manufacturing and preparing such assemblies and arrangements in applications.

Claims

1. A method for supplying dynamic force energy to an energy consuming body, said energy consuming body refers to a main body consumes dynamic force energy, said energy consuming body includes transport facility and mobile communication equipment, said transport facility includes vehicle and vessel, said mobile communication equipment includes mobile phone;

said dynamic force energy includes electric energy, hydrogen and oil, said electric power includes energy from storage battery, dry battery and fuel cell battery, said hydrogen includes hydrogen gas and liquid hydrogen, said oil includes fuel oil, said energy consuming body comprises energy container, said energy container refers to the container which stores said dynamic force energy, said energy container includes storage battery, hydrogen storage container and gas tank;

said energy consuming body uses said energy as dynamical force energy, said dynamic force energy refers to the main energy for driving said energy consuming body to work, said method for supplying dynamic force energy refers the method to supply the dynamic force energy;

the energy containers of the same kind of energy consuming body have a universally standard, so the energy containers have universal property and can be exchanged to use then achieve complete replacement, quick replacement and quick obtaining of energy;

two or more than two storage batteries or dry batteries used in vehicle or vessel are connected and combined to become a universally standard and replaceable storage battery group which is a fixed complete unit, so the storage battery groups have universal property;

said vehicle or vessel comprises power source cavity corresponding to said storage battery group, said electrical power source refers to storage battery group, said storage battery group is fixed in the power source cavity;

there are a plurality of energy exchanging stations provided along a route on which the energy consuming body traveling, wherein each of the energy exchanging station reserves a plurality of full charged electrical power sources, said full charged electrical power source refers to full charged storage battery group, the storage battery group lack in power energy refers to depleted electrical power source, so that when the storage battery group of said vehicle or vessel is lack in electrical power energy, said vehicle or vessel comes in said energy exchanging station, the depleted electrical power source of the vehicle or vessel could be replaced by the full charged electrical power source of the energy exchanging station, said electrical power source can achieve complete replacement, quick replacement and quick obtaining of energy;

or

said vehicle is hydrogen-powered vehicle or gas engine vehicle, said dynamic force energy is hydrogen or oil;

the hydrogen-powered vehicle or gas engine vehicle comprises a universally standard and replaceable energy container, so the energy containers have universal property;

there are a plurality of energy exchanging stations provided along a route on which the energy consuming body traveling, wherein each of the energy exchanging station reserves a plurality of full charged energy containers, said full charged energy container refers to hydrogen storage container with full hydrogen or gas tank with full oil, so that when the vehicle is lack in hydrogen or oil, said vehicle comes in said energy exchanging station, the hydrogen storage container lack in hydrogen or gas tank lack in oil of said vehicle could be replaced by the hydrogen storage container with full hydrogen or gas tank with full oil of the energy exchanging station, said energy container can achieve complete replacement, quick replacement and quick obtaining of energy;

or

said energy consuming body is mobile phone, said mobile phone comprises a universally standard electric coupling structure or/and battery, so the electric coupling structures or/and batteries have universal property, all kinds of different mobile phones can be exchanged to use when they obtain dynamic force energy;

or

there are a plurality of energy exchanging stations, each of the energy exchanging stations reserves a plurality of full charged electrical power source, said full charged electrical power source refers to full charged mobile phone battery, the mobile phone battery lack in electrical power energy refers to depleted electrical power source, so that when the mobile phone is lack in electrical power energy, the mobile phone is taken to the energy exchanging station, the depleted electrical power source of mobile phone could be replaced by the full charged electrical power source of the energy exchanging station, said electric coupling structure or/and electrical power source can achieve complete replacement, quick replacement and quick obtaining of energy.

2. The method for supplying dynamic force energy to an energy consuming body, as recited in claim 1, wherein said storage battery group comprises at least one feature of the following features:

(1) the storage battery group comprises at least one wheel or/and comprising engine;

(2) the storage battery group comprises uniform logo including special characters or special pattern;

(3) the storage battery group comprises tube style or box style or board style or drawer style outer casing or protective coating;

(4) the storage battery group comprises electric power display unit or energy economizing unit;

or comprising electric change-over switch;

(5) the storage battery group comprises hook or handle;

or comprising a hanging hook structure;

or comprising a structure which is of leak-proofness and air-tightness and loosing protective structure;

(6) the storage battery group comprises convex bar or groove for interconnection;

or comprising damping device;

(7) the storage battery group comprises electric coupling structure for outputting electric power or/and coupling structure with said energy consuming body;

(8) the storage battery group comprises a universally standard for a plurality of vehicles to replace;

(9) the shape of said fixed complete unit is frame-shaped, box-shaped, barrel-shaped, drawer-shaped or cabinet-shaped;

(10) said storage battery group is fixed in the vehicle, when the electrical power source is replaced, the vehicle with depleted electrical power source could be replaced by the vehicle with full charged electrical power source;

(11) said more than one storage battery groups are charged together or said storage battery group is charged in low usage period of using electricity.

3. The method for supplying dynamic force energy to an energy consuming body, as recited in claim 1, wherein said vehicle and said power source cavity comprise at least one feature of the following features:

(1) said vehicle has two or more than two power source cavities;

or the opening of the power source cavity points downwardly;

or the opening of the power source cavity points upwardly;

or the opening of the power source cavity points backwardly;

or the replaced electrical power source is hung on the vehicle;

(2) said vehicle has two or more than two replaced electrical power sources;

or said vehicle has spare replaced electrical power sources;

or said vehicle has fixed electrical power source, said fixed electrical power source refers to the electrical power source fixed in the vehicle, the fixed electrical power source is not disassembled from the vehicle while charging;

(3) said power source cavity has auto-eject device or auto-release device;

or said power source cavity has hydraulic pressure device, pneumatic device or electric driver;

or said power source cavity has damping device.

4. The method for supplying dynamic force energy to an energy consuming body, as recited in claim 1, wherein said energy exchanging station uses wheel style transport implement or pendulum style implement to disassemble the depleted electrical power source and assemble the full charged electrical power source to the vehicle;

said disassembling and assembling can be taken in different power source cavities at the same time;

said wheel style transport implement includes wheel style vehicle;

said pendulum style transport implement includes gantry crane.

5. The method for supplying dynamic force energy to an energy consuming body, as recited in claim 1, wherein said mobile phone and said mobile phone battery comprise at least one feature of the following features:

(1) said mobile phone comprises a universally standard battery setting space or electric coupling structure;

(2) said electric coupling structure includes electrical plug or/and electrical socket;

(3) said universally standard includes universal shape and universal structure or/and universal size or/and universal working course;

(4) more than one depleted mobile phone batteries are charged together;

or more than one depleted mobile phone batteries are charged in low usage period of using electricity.

The method for supplying dynamic force energy to an energy consuming body, as recited in claim 1, wherein said energy consuming body is selected from a group consisting of vehicle, vessel, said dynamic force energy refers electric power, fuel gas, fuel oil, wherein said electric power includes storage battery, dry battery, fuel cell battery, said fuel gas is combustive gas, said fuel oil is combustive oil, wherein said energy consuming body comprises universally sized energy container, a plurality of energy exchanging station along a route on which said energy consuming body travels, said energy exchanging stations are provided sufficient said energy container, so that said energy consuming body is capable unloading depleted said energy container and reloading with full charged said energy container at said energy exchanging station.

An energy consuming body, said energy consuming body refers to a main body consumes dynamic force energy, said energy consuming body refers to a main body consumes dynamic force energy, said energy consuming body includes transport facility and mobile communication equipment, said transport facility includes vehicle and vessel, said mobile communication equipment includes mobile phone;

said dynamic force energy includes electric energy, hydrogen and oil, said electric power includes energy from storage battery, dry battery and fuel cell battery, said hydrogen includes hydrogen gas and liquid hydrogen, said oil includes fuel oil, said energy consuming body comprises energy container, said energy container refers to the container which stores said dynamic force energy, said energy container includes storage battery, hydrogen storage container and gas tank;

said energy consuming body uses said energy as dynamical force energy, said dynamic force energy refers to the main energy for driving said energy consuming body to work, said method for supplying dynamic force energy refers the method to supply the dynamic force energy;

the energy containers of the same kind of energy consuming body have a universally standard, so the energy containers have universal property and can be exchanged to use then achieve complete replacement, quick replacement and quick obtaining of energy;

two or more than two storage batteries or dry batteries used in vehicle or vessel are connected and combined to become a universally standard and replaceable storage battery group which is a fixed complete unit, so the storage battery groups have universal property;

said vehicle or vessel comprises power source cavity corresponding to said storage battery group, said electrical power source refers to storage battery group, said storage battery group is fixed in the power source cavity;

there are a plurality of energy exchanging stations provided along a route on which the energy consuming body traveling, wherein each of the energy exchanging station reserves a plurality of full charged electrical power sources, said full charged electrical power source refers to full charged storage battery group, the storage battery group lack in power energy refers to depleted electrical power source, so that when the storage battery group of said vehicle or vessel is lack in electrical power energy, said vehicle or vessel comes in said energy exchanging station, the depleted electrical power source of the vehicle or vessel could be replaced by the full charged electrical power source of the energy exchanging station, said electrical power source can achieve complete replacement, quick replacement and quick obtaining of energy;

or

said vehicle is hydrogen-powered vehicle or gas engine vehicle, said dynamic force energy is hydrogen or oil;

the hydrogen-powered vehicle or gas engine vehicle comprises a universally standard and replaceable energy container, so the energy containers have universal property;

there are a plurality of energy exchanging stations provided along a route on which the energy consuming body traveling, wherein each of the energy exchanging station reserves a plurality of full charged energy containers, said full charged energy container refers to hydrogen storage container with full hydrogen or gas tank with full oil, so that when the vehicle is lack in hydrogen or oil, said vehicle comes in said energy exchanging station, the hydrogen storage container lack in hydrogen or gas tank lack in oil of said vehicle could be replaced by the hydrogen storage container with full hydrogen or gas tank with full oil of the energy exchanging station, said energy container can achieve complete replacement, quick replacement and quick obtaining of energy;

or

said energy consuming body is mobile phone, said mobile phone comprises a universally standard electric coupling structure or/and battery, so the electric coupling structures or/and batteries have universal property, all kinds of different mobile phones can be exchanged to use when they obtain dynamic force energy;

or

there are a plurality of energy exchanging stations, each of the energy exchanging stations reserves a plurality of full charged electrical power source, said full charged electrical power source refers to full charged mobile phone battery, the mobile phone battery lack in electrical power energy refers to depleted electrical power source, so that when the mobile phone is lack in electrical power energy, the mobile phone is taken to the energy exchanging station, the depleted electrical power source of mobile phone could be replaced by the full charged electrical power source of the energy exchanging station, said electric coupling structure or/and electrical power source can achieve complete replacement, quick replacement and quick obtaining of energy.

7. The energy consuming body, as recited in claim 6, wherein said storage battery group comprises at least one feature of the following features:

(1) the storage battery group comprises at least one wheel or/and comprising engine;

(2) the storage battery group comprises uniform logo including special characters or special pattern;

(3) the storage battery group comprises tube style or box style or board style or drawer style outer casing or protective coating;

(4) the storage battery group comprises electric power display unit or energy economizing unit;

or comprising electric change-over switch;

(5) the storage battery group comprises hook or handle;

or comprising a hanging hook structure;

or comprising a structure which is of leak-proofness and air-tightness and loosing protective structure;

(6) the storage battery group comprises convex bar or groove for interconnection;

or comprising damping device;

(7) the storage battery group comprises electric coupling structure for outputting electric power or/and coupling structure with said energy consuming body;

(8) the storage battery group comprises a universally standard for a plurality of vehicles to replace;

(9) the shape of said fixed complete unit is frame-shaped, box-shaped, barrel-shaped, drawer-shaped or cabinet-shaped;

(10) said storage battery group is fixed in the vehicle, when the electrical power source is replaced, the vehicle with depleted electrical power source could be replaced by the vehicle with full charged electrical power source;

(11) said more than one storage battery groups are charged together or said storage battery group is charged in low usage period of using electricity.

8. The energy consuming body, as recited in claim 6, wherein said vehicle and said power source cavity comprise at least one feature of the following features:

(1) said vehicle has two or more than two power source cavities;

or the opening of the power source cavity points downwardly;

or the opening of the power source cavity points upwardly;

or the opening of the power source cavity points backwardly;

or the replaced electrical power source is hung on the vehicle;

(2) said vehicle has two or more than two replaced electrical power sources;

or said vehicle has spare replaced electrical power sources;

or said vehicle has fixed electrical power source, said fixed electrical power source refers to the electrical power source fixed in the vehicle, the fixed electrical power source is not disassembled from the vehicle while charging;

(3) said power source cavity has auto-eject device or auto-release device;

or said power source cavity has hydraulic pressure device, pneumatic device or electric driver;

or said power source cavity has damping device.

9. The energy consuming body, as recited in claim 6, wherein said energy exchanging station uses wheel style transport implement or pendulum style implement to disassemble the depleted electrical power source and assemble the full charged electrical power source to the vehicle;

said disassembling and assembling can be taken in different power source cavities at the same time;

said wheel style transport implement includes wheel style vehicle;

said pendulum style transport implement includes gantry crane.

10. The energy consuming body, as recited in claim 6, wherein said mobile phone and said mobile phone battery comprise at least one feature of the following features:

(1) said mobile phone comprises a universally standard battery setting space or electric coupling structure;

(2) said electric coupling structure includes electrical plug or/and electrical socket;

(3) said universally standard includes universal shape and universal structure or/and universal size or/and universal working course;

(4) more than one depleted mobile phone batteries are charged together;

or more than one depleted mobile phone batteries are charged in low usage period of using electricity.

The energy consuming body, as recited in claim 6, wherein the energy consuming body comprises an inner tube of a wheel, said inner tube of a wheel comprises a tube body being made of at least 50% membrane materials selected from a group consisting of plastic membrane, rubber membrane, synthetic membrane, wherein said membrane materials have a thickness less than 1 mm.

The energy consuming body, as recited in claim 11, wherein a volumetric space of said tube body is no less than a volume of an inner cavity of said wheel, a circumferential length of a cross section of said tube body is no less than a circumferential length of said inner cavity, a circumferential length of said tube body is no less than a circumferential length said circumferential length of said inner cavity, or said tube body is adhesively bond to an inner wall of an outer cover of said wheel.

13. The energy consuming body, as recited in claim 11, wherein said tube body is tube shaped having an opening end and a closing end, an air valve is disposed adjacent to an opening end;

or otherwise, said tube shaped tube body having two closing end, wherein said air valve is defined therebetween;

or otherwise, wherein said tube body further comprises an air inlet having penetrating channel communicating with a membrane tube.

14. The energy consuming body, as recited in claim 11, wherein is prepared by a method, comprising:

a. preparing a tube shaped plate having a length at least twice as a length of said inner tube; and

b. segmenting said tube shaped plate into said inner tube.

The energy consuming body, as recited in claim 6, wherein a wheel comprises a steel ring and a tire, wherein said tire is filled with stuffing materials selected from a group consisting of fluid, solid, compound of fluid and solid, semifluid, cream, plasm, colloid, powder substance, granular substance, soft substance, foamed material, wherein said stuffing material occupy no less than one third of a volumetric space of an inner cavity of said wheel.

The energy consuming body, as recited in claim 6, wherein a transmission arrangement for a transmitting dynamic force to electrical vehicle, magnetic vehicle, and air-driven vehicle, wherein said transmitting dynamic force from an engine is applied to a peripheral rim portion of a wheel, said peripheral rim portion refers to a region having a height above one third of a radius length of said wheel, and above an elevation centerline of said wheel;

or a drive gear is disposed at a circle center, and an inside engaging ring is arranged at a steel ring of said wheel, said drive gear is capable of driving said inside engaging ring through an intermediate gear.

The energy consuming body, as recited in claim 6, wherein said assembly comprises a bull wheel landing on a ground, and a pony wheel disposed at a lower portion of said bull wheel, said bull wheel is driven by a dynamic force form an engine so as to drive said pony wheel, which is coupled to a vehicle body for forcing said vehicle body into movement;

or otherwise, said pony is replaced by a trolley or by a sliding block;

or otherwise, said bull wheel is functioned as a rotor, and said pony wheel, said trolley, and said sliding block are functioned as a stator.

19. The energy consuming body, as recited in claim 6, a vehicle comprises a wheel engine, or a high speed engine, or a varying speed engine, wherein said vehicle comprises an energy conversion switch and an electrical shaft.

20. The energy consuming body, as recited in claim 6, a method for conserving energy of a power network, comprising:

a. charging a storage battery from said power network when energy demand is less than energy supply; and

b. supplying energy to said power network from said storage battery when energy demand is larger than energy supply.
