Abstract

The invention relates to an inverter casing, said inverter casing (1) comprising in the bottom at least one depression (5) for receiving heat dissipating electric components, coils in particular.

Claims

1. An inverter casing characterized in that the inverter casing (1) comprises in the bottom at least one depression (5) for receiving heat dissipating electric components, coils in particular.

The inverter casing as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that the casing (1) comprises at least two casing chambers (2, 3), the first casing chamber (2) accommodating the electronic power components of the inverter, the at least one depression (5) for receiving heat dissipating electric components, coils in particular, being provided in the bottom of the first casing chamber (2).

3. The inverter casing as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that the depression (5) may be covered by a partition plate (10).

4. The inverter casing as set forth in claim 3, characterized in that the partition plate (10) is configured to be heat insulating.

5. The inverter casing as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that the casing (1) comprises cooling ribs (6) on the outer side of the depression (5).

6. The inverter casing as set forth in claim 5, characterized in that cooling ribs (9) are disposed to the side of the at least one depression (5) on the outer side of the casing bottom (2).
