at least two electrodes, wherein said at least two electrodes are disposed at said distal end of said lead body, wherein said at least two electrodes have a proximal end and a distal end, wherein said proximal ends of said at least two electrodes are electrically connected to said distal ends of said at least two conductors, wherein said at least two electrodes comprise an inner electrode and an outer electrode, wherein said outer electrode is helical shaped and has an inside-the-helix surface and an outside-the-helix surface.
