Cerclage arrangement for fixing a bone fracture by means of a plate (2) comprising a number of throughholes, where the pin is equipped with a head having an opening (12) that extends perpendicular to the direction of the pin and is used for guiding a cerclage band or wire there through, characterized by the fact that the cerclage pin (10) encompasses a shaft (15), which is provided with an end that extends through the plate so as to engage into the bone area that is to be fixed.
