  • determining a center of gravity of a vehicle;

    determining an actual lateral acceleration of the vehicle;

    determining a maximum lateral acceleration of the vehicle; and

    determining if the actual lateral acceleration is more than a predefined percentage of the maximum lateral acceleration.
