- a vault comprising a plurality of media assets;
a recommendation engine, wherein the recommendation receives a plurality of advertising criteria, comprising one or more of a requested advertisement time, a requested advertisement geographic location, and an advertised product or service; and
an output, wherein said recommendation accesses from said vault and outputs to said output one or more media assets having associated therewith a plurality of rules that allow for access to that one or more media assets as responsive to the plurality of advertising criteria.
