Abstract

A seat includes a seat portion and an attached seat back portion and an attached uniform including a uniform top fitted over the seat back portion and a uniform bottom fitted over the seat portion. The uniform top and the uniform bottom support uniform adornment that identifies the members of a group, profession, organization, or establishment.

Claims

1. A seat cover for a seat that includes a back portion and a seat portion, comprising:

a uniform top capable of being fitted over the back portion; and

a uniform bottom capable of being attached to the uniform top, and capable of being fitted over the seat portion;

the uniform top and uniform bottom together operating to resemble a uniform of particular team of an organization.

2. The seat cover of claim 1, wherein the uniform top is made to resemble a jersey or warm up jersey of the uniform worn by the team in the organization.

3. The seat cover of claim 1, wherein the uniform top is made to resemble a shirt of the uniform worn by the team in the organization.

4. The seat cover of claim 1, wherein the uniform bottom is made to resemble pants, shorts or uniquely designed bottom of the uniform worn by the team of the organization.

5. The seat cover of claim 1, wherein the uniform top and the uniform bottom together resemble the uniform of a particular player in the team of the organization.

6. The seat cover of claim 1, wherein the organization is a sports organization, and the uniform top and the uniform bottom together resembles a particular team uniform of the sports organization.

7. The seat cover of claim 6, wherein the sports organization is a team uniform from the National Football League, the National Hockey League, the Women'"'"'s National Basketball Association, Major League Baseball, or the National Basketball Association.

8. The seat cover of claim 1, wherein the organization is a military organization, and the uniform top and the uniform bottom together resembles a particular uniform of a different branch of the United States military, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard and Marines.

9. The seat cover of claim 1, wherein the organization is a military organization, and the uniform top and the uniform bottom together resembles a particular uniform of a military branch of a foreign country.

10. The seat cover of claim 1, wherein the organization is a school, college or university, and the uniform top and the uniform bottom together resembles a particular uniform worn by players associated with the school, the college or the university.

11. A seat cover for a seat that includes a back portion and a seat portion, comprising:

a uniform top capable of being fitted over to the back portion and having a first uniform adornment; and

a uniform bottom capable of being fitted over the seat portion and having a second uniform adornment;

the first and second uniform adornments together operating to resemble a uniform of a team of an organization.

12. A seat cover of claim 11, wherein the uniform top and the uniform bottom can be fitted over and tightened to the back portion and the seat portion, and wherein the uniform top and the uniform bottom can each respectively be secured by using drawstrings, Velcro, straps, or any alternative attachment device.

13. A seat comprising:

an upper seat portion having material resembling a uniform top having a first uniform adornment; and

a lower seat portion having material resembling a uniform bottom having a second uniform adornment;

the first and second uniform adornments together operating to resemble a uniform of a team of an organization.

14. A seat of claim 13, wherein the seat is capable of being inflated.

15. A seat of claim 13, wherein the seat has a fixed size and shape.

16. A seat of claim 13, wherein the seat is an infant car seat.

17. An apparatus comprising:

an upper seat portion having a uniform top having a uniform adornment of a team of an organization; and

a seat bottom portion located in the proximity of the upper seat portion.

18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the apparatus is a seat cover, and the upper seat portion fits over an upper portion of a seat.

19. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the apparatus is a seat, and a material comprising the uniform top is integrated into the upper seat portion.

20. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the upper seat portion comprises the uniform top and a uniform bottom having a second uniform adornment of the team of the organization.
