1. A polarizing plate comprising:

  • a polarizer; and

    at least two protective films provided on both sides of the polarizer,wherein the polarizing plate has an adhesive layer provided on at least one side of the polarizing plate, andwherein the adhesive layer is formed by spreading an adhesive comprising a (meth)acrylic copolymer composition comprising;

    (A) 100 parts by mass of a copolymer comprising;

    (a1) a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer having Tg of less than −

    30°

    C. in a form of homopolymer in a mass proportion of 75% by mass or more as calculated in terms of monomer unit;

    (a2) a vinyl group-containing compound having Tg of −

    30°

    C. or more in a form of homopolymer in a mass proportion of 25% by mass or less as calculated in terms of monomer unit; and

    (a3) a functional group-containing monomer reactive with a polyfunctional compound (B) in an amount of 10 parts by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of a sum of the mass of the monomer (a1) and the compound (a2); and

    (B) from 0.005 to 5 parts by mass of a polyfunctional compound having at least two functional groups in a molecule, and the at least two functional groups can react with a functional group in the functional group-containing monomer (a3) to form a crosslinked structure, andwherein a gel fraction of the adhesive is from not smaller than 40% by mass to not greater than 90% by mass.
