Abstract
A composition and method of use of a composition for enhancing the usability of eye cosmetics, including but not limited to mascara and liquid eyeliner. The composition and its formulation contains a liquid enhancer, such that a few drops of the liquid enhancer added to the mascara and/or liquid eyeliner are used to maintain the viscosity, consistency, and smoothness of the cosmetic at the levels of the original, newly provided cosmetic. This enhancement thus allows continued ease of use and longer useful life of the cosmetic material.
