- (a) a linear crossbar at least 9 feet long having opposed first and second ends and marked at the midpoint between the first and second ends;
(b) connection means for connecting the crossbar to a kingpin,(c) T-bar means for positioning the crossbar relative to the trailer chassis; and
(d) tape securing means for receiving and retaining a tape measure.
