1. A system for providing location based content delivery comprising:
- a server located at a first location, the server including memory and data stored in the memory relating to a plurality of requests for service at a location other than the first location;
a hand-held electronic device configured for communication via a wireless network with the server to receive data relating to the plurality of requests for services, to store such data in a database resident on the device which data in the database is updated to reflect the provision of services and to transmit data regarding the provision of services for updating the data stored in the memory; and
a processing device communicatively coupled to the hand-held device.
