Abstract
The present invention provides a sensor for humidity which is optimized as moisture sensitive material in basic properties such as long term stability and the like at the range of high temperature. The sensor for moisture according to the present invention is provided with a moisture sensitive film formed with polymer in which a hydrophilic group binds through at least one hydrophobic group to other hydrophilic groups. Basic properties of the sensor such as long term stability and the like is optimized by forming a moisture sensitive element provided with a moisture sensitive film formed with polymer in which the glass transition temperature is in the range of 240° C. to 500° C.
