Abstract

The invention relates to a system and to a method for retroactive, dynamic determination and/or monitoring of low layout heights of technical systems (201, 211, 221). Measuring data can be aggregated and analysed and operation-specific system means (14) can be activated. A parameter (30), which is based on the detected operation-specific data, can be dynamically determined by means of a filter unit (12) for various types of operations. Operational-specific measuring data (31) is analysed and aggregated by means of a static analysis module (10) and, after a request and/or a time interval which can be determined, the corresponding low layout heights (32) are dynamically adapted by means of the control unit (14) and/or operation-specific system means (201, 212, 222) are activated when a definable deviation value is exceeded in relation to the already stored measuring data.

Claims

1. System for retroactive, dynamic determination and/or monitoring of collateralization levels of technical installations (201, 211, 221), it being possible to aggregate and analyse measured data and to activate operation-specific system means (14), characterized

in that in each case a configuration (30) based on acquired data specific to the mode of operation can be dynamically determined by means of a filter unit (12) for different modes of operation and can be stored with assignment to the corresponding mode of operation via a lookup table, the filter unit (12) comprising a network interface for access to network nodes connected to source databases (40, 41) via a network (50) for acquiring data specific to the mode of operation,

in that the system comprises a statistical analysis module (10) having an interface for aggregation and analysis of operation-specific measured data (31) via the network (50), which measured data (31) can be assigned by means of the lookup table to at least one specific parameter (30), it being possible to determine corresponding collateralization levels (32) by means of the analysis module (10) on the basis of the cumulative operation-specific measured data (31),

in that the system comprises a monitoring unit (14) having an interface, it being possible for the corresponding collateralization level (32) to be dynamically adapted on the basis of a request and/or a determinable time interval by means of the monitoring unit (14) and/or, on exceeding a definable deviation value relative to already stored measured data, for operation-specific system means (202, 212, 222) to be activated.

System according to claim 1, characterized in that the filter unit (12) comprises at least one definable threshold value, the relevant parameters being capable of being filtered and of being stored with assignment to a respective mode of operation by means of a comparison module (13) on the basis of the at least one threshold value and the acquired data specific to the mode of operation.

System according to either of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the filter unit (12) comprises a weighting module by means of which the parameters can be standardised and can be mutually weighted by means of corresponding weighting factors, the weighting factors being stored with assignment to the parameters.

4. System according to claim 3, characterized in that the weighting by means of the weighting module is dynamically based on the data specific to the mode of operation, it being possible to update the weighting of the unit (12) periodically and/or on request

5. System according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the weighting module comprises weighted country indices, it being possible to generate the weighted country indices by means of the weighting module on the basis of localised databases in a country-specific manner.

6. System according to claim 5, characterized in that the configuration (30) can be determined according to localised data specific to the mode of operation.

7. Method for retroactive, dynamic determination and/or monitoring of collateralization levels for technical installations (201, 211, 221) by risk events, measured data being aggregated and analysed, characterized

in that in each case a configuration (30) based on acquired data specific to the mode of operation is dynamically determined by means of a filter unit (12) for different modes of operation and is stored with assignment to the corresponding mode of operation via a lookup table, the filter unit (12) comprising a network interface for access to network nodes connected to source databases (40, 41) via a network (50) for acquiring data specific to the mode of operation,

in that operation-specific measured data (31) are aggregated and analysed via the network (50) by means of a statistical analysis module (10) having an interface, which measured data (31) are stored with assignment to at least one specific parameter (30) by means of the lookup table, corresponding collateralization levels (32) being determined by means of the analysis module (10) on the basis of the cumulative operation-specific measured data (31),

in that the corresponding collateralization level (32) is dynamically adapted on the basis of a request and/or a determinable time interval by means of a monitoring unit (14) and/or, on exceeding a definable deviation value relative to already stored measured data, operation-specific system means (202, 212, 222) are activated.

Method according to claim 7, characterized in that the filter unit (12) comprises at least one definable threshold value, it being possible for the relevant parameters to be filtered and to be stored with assignment to a respective mode of operation by means of a comparison module (13) on the basis of the at least one threshold value and the acquired data specific to the mode of operation.

Method according to either of claims 7 and 8, characterized in that, by means of a weighting module of the filter unit (12), the parameters can be standardised and can be mutually weighted by means of corresponding weighting factors, the weighting factors being stored with assignment to the parameters.

10. Method according to claim 9, characterized in that the weighting module weights the weighting factors dynamically on the basis of the data specific to the mode of operation, the weighting of the filter unit (12) being updated periodically and/or on request.

11. Method according to any of claims 7 to 10, characterized in that the weighting module generates weighted country indices on the basis of localised databases in a country-specific manner.

12. Method according to claim 11, characterized in that the configuration (30) is determined according to localised data specific to the mode of operation.
