1. A biosensor comprising a plurality of independently-operating interdigitated electrode sensor units integrated on a substrate, in which the interdigitated electrode sensor units comprise:

  • first electrode and second electrode formed interdigitatedly and spaced from each other on the substrate; and

a sensor-immobilized biomolecule receptor immobilized on the substrate exposed between the first electrode and the second electrode so that the first electrode is electrically connected to the second electrode upon binding to a biomolecule and specifically binding to the biomolecule, wherein the biomolecule is analyzed by the number of the interdigitated electrode sensor units electrically connected by the biomolecule captured by the sensor-immobilized biomolecule receptor.
