Abstract

In general in one aspect, agenda items are generated based on a consumer'"'"'s one or more interactions with a system. The agenda items are consolidated into an agenda, a graphical user interface is produced that when rendered on a display displays the agenda, and a request from the consumer to interact with one or more of the agenda items is received.

Claims

1. A computer-implemented method of producing an agenda for a consumer of services using a brokerage system capable of matching the consumer of services with a provider of services, the method comprises:

generating one or more agenda items based on the consumer'"'"'s one or more interactions with the system;

consolidating the consumer'"'"'s one or more agenda items into the agenda;

producing a graphical user interface that when rendered on a display displays the agenda; and

receiving a request from the consumer to interact with one or more of the agenda items.

2. The method of claim 1 wherein consolidating comprises:

applying rules to the consumer'"'"'s one or more agenda items based on one or more attributes of the agenda items.

3. The method of claim 1 wherein the consolidation of the one or more agenda items adds new agenda items to a prior agenda.

4. The method of claim 2 wherein applying rules comprises joining new agenda items associated with the consumer with prior agenda items associated with the consumer.

5. The method of claim 2 wherein applying rules comprises determining a date of expiration for the agenda items.

6. The method of claim 1 wherein the agenda items represent the consumer'"'"'s prior interactions with the system.

7. The method of claim 1 wherein the agenda items represent the consumer'"'"'s, system recommended future interactions with the system.

8. The method of claim 1 further comprising connecting the consumer with the provider of services from within the agenda.

9. The method of claim 1 wherein the one or more agenda items include one or more of the consumer'"'"'s appointments.

10. The method of claim 1 wherein the one or more agenda items include one or more waiting room interactions.

11. The method of claim 1 wherein the one or more agenda items include conversations with one or more providers of services.

12. A computer program product residing on a computer readable medium for producing an agenda for a consumer of services using a brokerage system capable of matching the consumer of services with a provider of services, the computer program product comprising instructions for causing a computer to:

generate one or more agenda items based on the consumer'"'"'s one or more interactions with the system;

consolidate the consumer'"'"'s one or more agenda items into the agenda;

produce a graphical user interface that when rendered on a display displays the agenda; and

receive a request from the consumer to interact with one or more of the agenda items.

13. The computer program product of claim 12 wherein instructions to consolidate comprises instructions to:

apply rules to the consumer'"'"'s one or more agenda items based on one or more attributes of the agenda items.

14. The computer program product of claim 12 wherein the consolidation of the one or more agenda items adds new agenda items to a prior agenda.

15. The computer program product of claim 13 wherein instructions to apply rules comprises instructions to:

join new agenda items associated with the consumer with prior agenda items associated with the consumer.

16. The computer program product of claim 13 wherein instructions to apply rules comprises instructions to:

determine a date of expiration for the agenda items.

17. The computer program product of claim 12 wherein the agenda items represent the consumer'"'"'s prior interactions with the system.

18. The computer program product of claim 12 wherein the agenda items represent the consumer'"'"'s system recommended future interactions with the system.

19. The computer program product of claim 12 further comprising instructions to:

connect the provider of services with the consumer from within the agenda.

20. The computer program product of claim 12 wherein the one or more agenda items include one or more of the consumer'"'"'s appointments.

21. The computer program product of claim 12 wherein the one or more agenda items include waiting room interactions.

22. The computer program product of claim 12 wherein the one or more agenda items include conversations with one or more providers of services.

23. An apparatus comprising:

a processor; and

a computer program product residing on a computer readable medium for producing an agenda for a consumer of services using a brokerage system capable of matching the consumer of services with a provider of services, the computer program product comprising instructions for causing the processor to;

generate one or more agenda items based on the consumer'"'"'s one or more interactions with the system;

consolidate the consumer'"'"'s one or more agenda items into the agenda;

produce a graphical user interface that when rendered on a display displays the agenda; and

receive a request from the consumer to interact with one or more of the agenda items.

24. The apparatus of claim 23 wherein instructions to consolidate comprises instructions to:

apply rules to the consumer'"'"'s one or more agenda items based on one or more attributes of the agenda items.

25. The apparatus of claim 23 wherein the consolidation of the one or more agenda items adds new agenda items to a prior agenda.

26. The apparatus of claim 24 wherein instructions to apply rules comprises instructions to:

join new agenda items associated with the consumer with prior agenda items associated with the consumer.

27. The apparatus of claim 24 wherein instructions to apply rules comprises instructions to:

determine a date of expiration for the agenda items.

28. The apparatus of claim 23 wherein the agenda items represent the consumer'"'"'s system recommended prior interactions with the system.

29. The apparatus of claim 23 wherein the agenda items represent the consumer'"'"'s future interactions with the system.

30. The apparatus of claim 23 further comprising instructions to:

connect the provider of services with the consumer from within the agenda.

31. The apparatus of claim 23 wherein the one or more agenda items include one or more of the consumer'"'"'s appointments.

32. The apparatus of claim 23 wherein the one or more agenda items include waiting room interactions.

33. The apparatus of claim 23 wherein the one or more agenda items include conversations with one or more providers of services.
