1. An automated infrastructure delivery system comprising:

  • a. a central control system being a computer based system, said central control system comprising software for automatic monitoring and managing predetermined activities of said delivery system via a communication system, said control system being managed by a predetermined number of human operators;

    b. a tunnel comprising a predetermined number of lanes being utilized for transportation and a predetermined number of entry and exit points, said tunnel being the heart of said delivery system by providing a predictable environment isolated from outside interference and thus suitable for automation at the current state of technology;

    c. a predetermined number of transportation vehicles located inside of said tunnel, each of said vehicles comprising a vehicle control system being a computer based system, said vehicle control system comprising software for automatic monitoring and managing predetermined activities of said vehicle, said vehicle control system being managed by said central control system via said communication system.
